This new facility will build a comprehensive product portfolio of robotic hardware, covering a wide range of specifications. Its core products include lightweight joint modules and intelligent dexterous robotic hands.

The HPJM series lightweight joint modulesare equipped with ultra-thin harmonic drives, achieving optimal torque density and compact size.

The TCHL series joint modules feature integrated torque sensors, pushing lightweight design and high integration to the next level.

The dexterous robotic hand product lines are designed to meet diverse grasping needs across various scenarios, continuously expanding market adoption with exceptional cost-performance.

Application of HONPINE Robot Hardwre

• In the industrial sector, Honpine enables precision material handling and automated assembly, achieving placement accuracy of ±2 mm even in narrow workshop aisles.

• In specialized applications, the company has developed a dual-arm robot for high-voltage cable maintenance for the State Grid, reducing tasks that previously took a full day of manual labor to just 30 minutes. Its joint modules are also adaptable to extreme environments, including 1,000-meter deep-sea exploration and nuclear pipeline inspection.

• In the commercial service sector, Honpine supports intelligent scenarios such as unmanned retail stores and automated pharmacies, as well as services for venue reception and elderly companionship.

• In research and education, the company provides highly flexible collaborative robots and core components, offering advanced robotic development platforms for universities and research institutions.

Additionally, Honpine offers ODM customization services for complete robotic systems, enabling rapid response to customer requirements. Notably, the company has delivered four vision-guided picking robots from concept to completion in just six weeks for a leading industry client.
